We’re serious about our work, but we also have a lot of fun, and we truly care about giving back to our community. The Elevate team is tight-knit, fun-loving, and always ready to lend a hand or an ear. Throughout the years, our teammates have happily donated time and resources to the following organizations in our community:

A strong work culture starts at the individual level

Team morale can’t flourish unless each team member is happy, comfortable, and engaged. That’s why we have numerous engagement activities for our employees to take part in throughout the year.

Each Thursday, we provide breakfast from our teams’ favorite local spots. We also keep a fully stocked snack room where folks can grab a bite during the day. Our team enjoys seasonal bonding competitions, like Fantasy Football, March Madness, team trivia, and more. Plus, when someone gets a shoutout from a coworker or an external partner, they get to “Spin the Wheel” for a prize. Throughout the years, our folks have won food kit subscriptions, Amazon gift cards, PTO, and even iPads!
